Birchard C. Isaacs (Isaac) was born August 2, 1927 on his parent's farm at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Elmer Cornelius Isaacs and Cora Gulbrandsdatter Horgen, the fifth of their six children.

Birchard was married; had children; was a farmer.

Found in the 1930 - 1940 censuses at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa:
1930: Elmer C Isaacs 35, Cora Isaacs 36, Garland C Isaacs 12, Dorothy M Isaacs 9, Doris M Isaacs 9, Birchard C Isaacs 2[2 8/12], Edward R Lee 38.

1940: Elmer Isaac 45, Cora Isaac 47, Garland Isaac 27, Birckard Isaac 12.

He died November 2, 1982 at possibly Iowa. He was buried at the Osage City Cemetery, Osage, Mitchell, Iowa.
