FUNERAL HELD FOR
MRS. BERTHA BOSSEN

Funeral services were held last Tuesday in Los Angeles, California, for a former Mitchell county resident, Mrs. Bertha Bossen, 72, who died there on June 19, 1971.

Bertha Thompson was born in Webster City, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Thompson. Osage was her home until 1945.

Surviving are her husband of Los Angeles; one sister, Mrs. Haakon Rohne (Juanita) of Osage; three brothers: Archie Thompson of Osage, Tilford Thompson of Des MOines, George Thompson of Cedar Rapids; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Sheldon and Gloria Bossen of Los Angeles, and two grandchildren.
