CHARLES A. WATERS DIES AT ORCHARD

ORCHARD, IOWA - Services for Charles A. Waters were conducted this afternoon at the church here and burial was in the community cemetery.

Mr. Waters had been in failing health several months. Death occurred Sunday morning. He was 78 years old.

One son, Carroll T., and two grandchildren, Clinton C. and Vivian M., survive.
