Funeral services were held Monday, May 18, 1987 at the First Congregational Church, Riceville, for Agnes Kulow, 81, of Riceville, with Pastor S. McAlpine officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Riceville. Mrs. Kulow died Thursday, May 14, 1987 at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage.

She was born to Frank and Priscilla Kleppe Ford on January 16, 1906 in Tipton. On September 19, 1926, she married Raymond Kulow in Riceville. She worked as a homemaker and was active in the church in her earlier years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, who died in June 1982; one son, Edward; two brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include one son, Merlyn (Bud) Kulow of Riceville; ten grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Grace Orthel of Osage.
