Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 18, 1986 at Champion Funeral Home in Osage, for Maude Roe, 95, of Osage. Rev. J. Pittman of United Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

She died on Saturday, September 13, 1986 at an Osage nursing home.

Maude was born on July 1, 1891 in Worth county, Iowa, to Robert and Mary (Falch) Anderson. She graduated from Osage High School and attended State Normal School in Cedar Falls. On September 29, 1915, she married Vernon M. Roe.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Arlene Davidson of Osage; one son, Robert Roe of Los Angeles, California; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
