Jeff Koster, 46

Jeff Koster, 46, of Portland, Oregon, died October 6, 2013.

He was born April 17, 1967, to Ronald and Judy (Kruckeberg) Koster, in Osage, Iowa.

He enjoyed fishing and spending time with the people he cared for.

He is survived by his mother, Judy Nygren (Bill), sister, Kim (Brian) Bakken, son, Neiko (Cassandra) Koster, sister-in-law, Jolynn Koster, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald, brother, Jim, paternal and maternal grandparents, and special friend, Melinda.

A service was held October 13, 2013, in Portland.
