OSAGE, IOWA — Raymond “Ray” Goche, 82, of Osage, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 16, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage with Msgr. John Hemann officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Public visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage.
Raymond “Ray” Goche was born April 16, 1930, to Leo and Erma (Kahler) Goche in Bancroft.
Ray is survived by his wife, Dolores Goche of Osage; his children, Allen Goche (Jan) of Humboldt, Jeanette Hanna (Paul) of Ankeny, Donna Goche of Osage, Rita Goche of Lancaster, Ohio, Chuck Goche (Jane) of Des Moines, Steve Goche (Ann) of Proctor, Arkansas, Jeff Goche of New Haven, Marcia Mork (Larry) of Osage, Joan Akers (Tony Leo) of Ames, Pat Goche (Julie) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Monica Lewis (Cameron) of Phoenix, Arizona, Pete Goche (Monica Gillen) of Ames, Jolene Dodge (Keith) of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, Christina Wright (Rob) of Huxley; and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by two sisters: Lucille (Elmer) Hellman and Leona Hellman, all of Bancroft; and one brother: John (Fran) Goche of Bancroft.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant great-granddaughter.
