OSAGE, IOWA - Larry Donnel Johnson, 59, of Osage died Monday, June 11, 2012, at his residence in Osage.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at the Osage Alliance Church in Osage with Dr. Stephen Grunlan officiating.

Inurnment will be at the Osage Cemetery at a later date.

Larry Donnel Johnson, age 59, of Osage, died Monday, June 11, 2012, at his residence in Osage.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the Osage Alliance Church in Osage with Dr. Stephen Grunlan officiating. Inurnment will be at the Osage Cemetery at a later date.

Larry was born October 28, 1952, in Columbia, South Carolina, the son of Charles and Dolores (Edmonds) Johnson. He was in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. In 2003, Larry moved from Georgia to Osage, where he was employed at TOPS Business Forms. He enjoyed watching football, especially his favorite team, the Washington Redskins.

Larry is survived by three daughters, Valerie Marker of Athens, Georgia, Elizabeth (Antonio) Alcala Gonzalez of Osage, Danielle Lemmerman of Chicago, Illinois; one son, Clinton Deaton of Osage; ten grandchildren; and Kimberly Johnson of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a grandson.
