ST. ANSGAR, IOWA — Funeral services for Mrs. Walter Brown, 53, former resident of St. Ansgar, who died Tuesday at her home in Osage, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel's Lutheran Church; burial in East cemetery.

Shad been ill a long time; leaves husband, one son, Leland, St. Ansgar; and a daughter, Mrs. Walter Dieterich, Grafton.

Hattie (Betow) Brown was a sister of Frank William Betow.

Leland E. Brown (1915-2007)

Burial:
Saint Ansgar City Cemetery, Saint Ansgar, Mitchell County, Iowa.

Her daughter, "Mrs. Walter Dieterich," (see funeral notice above) was really "Viola E. (Brown) Diedrich."
