Mae Jennie Clark was born September 5, 1894 in Mitchell County, Iowa, the daughter of Michael Clark and Anna (Kelly) Clark.

She married William John Duffy, the son of Michael and Johanna (McNamara) Duffy.

She and her husband were buried in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, Cook County, Illinois
