EMIL THIETJE DIES; RITES AT MCINTIRE
McIntire – Funeral services were held Friday at the Methodist Church for Emil Thietje. He died Wednesday at the Riceville Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, three daughters; Mrs. Charles (Ruth) Peck, Momence, Illinois; Mrs. Wesley (Rose Marie) Wilson, Sheldon; Mrs. Lowell (Betty) Seiberling, Spring Valley, Minnesota; a son, Emil Jr., attending Drake University, Des Moines, and eight grandchildren.
A second service was held at Hartley in the Methodist Church with burial in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
