Death has spread its mantle of gloom over the household of our esteemed citizen, Lars Moe, and robbed a loving family of one of its cherished treasures. Vina, eldest daughter of Lars and Caroline Moe, expired on Monday last, after a lingering attack of typhoid fever. The funeral services were held at the school house yesterday at two o'clock and her remains were interred in the cemetery. A very large concourse of sympathizing friends were present to pay a parting tribute to the dead and assist in the last sad rites. The bereaved family have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community.
