OSAGE, IOWA - Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church here for Lewie E. Myrtle, 80, who died Tuesday night in a hospital here. Burial will be in the Little Cedar Cemetery. Champion funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Survived by his wife, Ellen; two daughters, Mrs. Max Gilbert, Greentown, Indiana, and Mrs. Robert Hannam, Osage; and a brother, John, Rockford, Illinois.
