Funeral services for Dawn Darlene Pike, 43, who died October 5, 1975, in Wilmington, N.C., as the result of an auto accident, were held October 8 at the Schroeder & Dunn Funeral Home here with the Rev. Howard Grossoehme officiating.
Dawn Darlene Pike was born May 26, 1932, the daughter of Archie and Gwendolyn Wilder Pike in Mitchell county. She attended St. Ansgar schools and was graduated from Hawkeye Technical Institute. She was baptized and confirmed in 1950 at St. John's Lutheran church, Rock Township.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Archie E. Pike of Lyle; four sons, Russell Rosenberg, Jr. of Mason City, Daniel McCormack of Fairchild, Wis., Archie Kevin McCormack and Gregg McCormack, living in California; one daughter, Ella Darlene McCormack of Waterloo; seven sisters; Mrs. Leon (Georgia) Lindley of Waterloo; Mrs. Raymond (Barbara) Rosenberg of St. Ansgar; Mrs. Edward (Mary Ann) Kittleson of Greene; Mrs. Carroll (Audrey) Goodew of Rose Creek, Minn.; Mrs. Jerry (Frances) Thorson of Cedar Falls; Mrs. Sandra Bird of Grafton; Mrs. Larry (Eileen) Meling of New Hartford; also nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son.
Burial was in the First Lutheran cemetery in St. Ansgar with Rev. Grossoehme in charge of the committal services.
