Lisetta (Bauer) Lippert 1874-1951

RITES HELD SATURDAY FOR ST. ANSGAR WOMAN

St. Ansgar – Funeral services for Mrs. Lisetta Lippert, 77, who died Wednesday aboard a United Airline plane near Denver, Colorado were held Saturday afternoon at Immanuel Lutheran church.

Mrs. Lippert, widow of Adam Lippert, had spent the winter in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Freda Nichols, at San Lorenzo, California. She had started on her way home here but became ill at Salt Lake City and after some days in the hospital there her condition seemed sufficiently improved to permit her to return home. She died on the way near Denver.

Survivors include the following children: Mrs. Alma Schuttler, Osage; Mrs. Anna Witthoeft, Sheffield; William, Milwaukee; Mrs. Minnie Tresemer, St Paul; Mrs. Lucia Widmann, Stevens Point, Wisconsin; Max, at home; Lorenz, Picco, California; and Mrs. Nichols, Sab Lorenzo, California.

She also leaves 4 brothers; John Bauer, Milwaukee; Phillip Bauer, Milton, Wisconsin; Andrew, of Germany; and Adam, Osage.
