WILLIAM GULLIVER DIES AT OSAGE; RITES PENDING

Osage – Funeral services are pending at the Champion Funeral Home for William Gulliver, 87, who died at the Mitchell County Home Thursday morning.

Mr. Gulliver was born May 24, 1870, the son of George A. and Margaret Gulliver, at Chatsworth, Illinois. The family moved to Osage when he was a child.

Mr. Gulliver was a painter and had lived at the County Home for the past five years.

He was married twice, to Lulu Thornburg and to Emma Barth. They both preceded him in death.

The only survivor is a brother, George, Osage. Another brother, Charles, also preceded him in death.
