FOX, RICEVILLE AGED MAN, DIES
RITES TO BE HELD MONDAY;
DAUGHTER IN MASON CITY AMONG SURVIVORS.

Riceville, April 19. -- Christian Fox, 84, died Thursday afternoon following an illness of a year. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 o'clock Monday at the Catholic Church with burial at New Haven.

Surviving are his wife and eight children, Matt of Spooner, Wisconsin; Albert of Dakota; Mrs. Ida Burke of Mason City; Frank; Henry; and Mrs. Herbert Michels; and Mrs. Winnie Marley of New Haven; and Mrs. Steve Wagner of Riceville.

Christian Fox was born May 25, 1850 in Wisconsin, the son of Peter Fuchs and Appolonia (Hermann) Fuchs. He married Josephine Buese.
Note* The surname Fuchs and Fox are both used by this family.
