BETTS, Andrew 1913-1986

Funeral services were held for Andrew Betts, 73, of Hudson, Florida, a former area resident.

Mr. Betts was born on January 5, 1913 to John and Ida (Anderson) Betts. On August 29, 1941, he married Marcella Batchelor of Farmington, Michigan, where the couple lived until retiring and moving to Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Art and Marshall.

Survivors inlcude his wife; three sisters: Mrs. Melvin (Adelaide) Lindley of Osage, Mrs. Donald (Josephine) Shrade of Aurora, Colorado, and Mrs. Gladys Martin of Mason City; one brother, Ervin of Osage and a half-brother, Hilding Lindley of Dakota City, Iowa.
