CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Clarence Thome, 72, of 100 Cedar Terrace North, died Wed. Sept. 5, 2001 at his home.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Charles City, with the Rev. Stanley Hayek officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Charles City, with a flag presentation by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., Charles City.

The family will greet friends from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and there will be a vigil scriptural wake service beginning at 7 p.m followed by a rosary recited by the Knights of Columbus. Visitation will continue Saturday morning at the church an hour prior to the mass. Hauser Funeral Home.
