KRUGER, Elise 1874-1908

Elise Heller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Casper Heller, was born three miles south of Riceville, on July 4, 1874, and was married to Chris Kruger on May 14, 1895.

Death occurred on September 1, 1908, after a lingering sickness, during which she received the best of care from her beloved husband and parents who survive her. She also leaves four children, all boys, and two brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. Kruger was a member of the German Lutheran Church from which the funeral services were held on Thursday, September 3, 1908.

She is buried in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, south of Riceville.

NOTE: Her name appeared as Elise, Eliza and Elsie, in various places.
