Caspar A. Heller

2 OCT 1888 -- 23 SEP 1911

Last Monday the remains of Caspar Heller, Jr., were laid to rest in the Lutheran Cemetery south of the city.

Caspar Heller was born on the 2nd day of October, 1888 in Howard county, Iowa, where he lived with his parents on a farm until he was sent to the state's school for deaf mutes at Council Bluffs, which institution he attended with more or less regularity for a period of ten years. Last spring he became afflicted with a malignant ailment of the throat which subsequently proved to be tuberculosis. After an illness of several months, death came to his relief on Saturday morning, Setpember 23. Caspar was well known as a quiet, modest, kind hearted young man.

He leaves to mourn his departure, his mother, one brother, two sisters, and many relatives.
