RITES FOR NICK BRANDT CONDUCTED AT MITCHELL

Mitchell – Funeral services for Nick Brandt, farmer living two miles north of here, who died at a Rochester hospital Wednesday night following a major operation, were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock with the Rev. Paul Brammer, pastor of the German Lutheran Church, officiating.
Burial was in the St. Ansgar Cemetery.

The family had farmed near Mitchell since coming to this country a number of years ago.

Mr. Brandt is survived by six sons and a daughter. His wife preceded him in death.
