Funeral services were held on Wednesday, April 24 for Carl Henry Anderson, 82, who died at his McIntire home on Monday, April 22, 1985. Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville was in charge of arrangements with burial in the Calvary Cemetery, Riceville.

Mr. Anderson was born May 18, 1908 to Andrew and Anna Marie Diederich Anderson. He attended area schools in and near Riceville. He then worked as a carpenter in the Riceville and McIntire areas.

He is survived by four brothers: Pete of Fort Dodge, William of Waterloo, John and Edmund of Riceville; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Swann of Riceville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Helen Minnis.
