Funeral Services for Virginia Ferguson, 62, of Cedar Rapids were held on Tuesday, November 26, 1985, at Turner Chapel West of Cedar Rapids with Dr. Robert Bouton officiating. On Wednesday, November 27, 1985, funeral services were also held at David Community Church with Rev. J. Gilbert officiating. Burial was in the Liberty Cemetery in Little Cedar.

Mrs. Ferguson died on Friday, November 22, 1985 in Cedar Rapids.

Mrs. Ferguson was born in Riceville on November 18, 1923, to Gary and Erma (Frazer) Pingry. She attended Jenkins No. 4 Stone School and graduated from Riceville High School. She then attended nurse's school at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; two sons, Roy and Gary; and a brother, Warren Pingry of Blue Earth, Minnesota.
