NELDON WEIGLE FUNERAL IS CONDUCTED AT RICEVILLE

Riceville, Jan 12 – Funeral services for Neldon Weigle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Weigle of Riceville, were held here.

The body was brought home yesterday. Mr. Weigle had been serving as an interne in a hospital.

(note*** original article had his first name as Weldon and his last name spelled Wigle). According to an article dated February 1931 about him getting the commission of captain of the medical unit…his name was Neldon Mason Weigle.
