Ella (Barenz) Paul 1883-1944

Ella Paul passed away June 4, 1944. Ella received her education in rural schools of Mitchell County, Iowa.

At the age of 16 she joined the Baptist Church and kept her membership ever since. In 1924 she was afflicted with the dreaded disease of Shaking Palsy and in spite of everything Medical Science could do she grew gradually worse and confided to a wheel chair. Entirely helpless in spite of all her suffering her memory was clear to the end.
Surviving are her husband, and two daughters; Velma (William) Stout, and a son Ray Paul.

Ella Barenz was born October 12, 1883 in Mitchell Co., Iowa, the daughter of George and Anna Christine (Garrish) Barenz. She married Levi Joseph Paul.
