Immanuel LutheranFuneral services for Mrs. Louis Wolff, 75, who died at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Nursing Center Tuesday, September 7, were held Friday, September 10 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Reverend Cart T. Wuerffel officiating.
Louise Margaret (Bahlmann) Wolff, daughter of Joseph and Anna Bahlmann, was born September 16, 1889 in Bremer County, Iowa. She was baptized and confirmed at the Lutheran Church in Tripoli, Iowa.
In February of 1913 she was united in marriage to Amiel Frank Wolff. Three children were born to this union: Theodore and Alfred, both of St. Ansgar and Mrs. Gilvert (Margaret) Juenger of Gary, Indiana.
The family moved to St. Ansgar in 1928, where Mrs. Wolff resided until the time of her death, at the age of 75 years, 11 months and seven days.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one brother and two sisters.
Mrs. Wolff is survived by her two sons, Theodore and Alfred, and daughter, Margaret; one brother, Carl Bahlmann of Tripoli; one sister, Mrs. Dorthea Roush of Fremont, Ohio; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial was in the St. Ansgar Cemetery with Reverend Wuerffel in charge of the committal services.
