Ole K. Lee, one of the oldest settlers in Newburg township, died at his home one mile north of Carpenter last Friday morning after an illness of about six months, from consumption. Mr. Lee was about sixty-three years of age. The funeral services were held at the Norwegian Lutheran Church yesterday and were very largely attended.

Once more death has entered our midst. Friday morning, the 8th, Ole K. Lee passed away. He has long been a suffered with that dreaded disease consumption. He was one of the first settlers on Deer Creek and a man very highly esteemed. He leaves a wife and two daughters and an aged father and mother to mourn his loss. Our heart goes out in sympathy to them
