George Grossman Sr. 1871-1946

DIES NEAR DAVID

McIntire – Funeral services for George Grossman, 75, will be held Friday at 9 a.m. at the Meyer Catholic Church.

He was found dead in bed at his farm home near David Tuesday, being in poor health for some time. He was once a merchant at David.

He leaves his wife, a daughter and 3 sons.

George Grossman Sr. was born March 13, 1871 and married Theresa Winter. Preceding him in death was a daughter Rose and a son George Jr. Surviving him were his wife, daughter Esther and sons Joseph, Leo and Victor.

He was buried at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meyer, Mitchell, Iowa
