ST. ANSGAR, IOWA — Funeral rites here Monday for Sylvan Glassel, 46, who died at the Mitchell County Memorial hospital following heart attack Friday. Had been in poor health about three years.

He leaves wife and two children at home and five children by a former marriage, and his aged father Henry Glassel. Burial was at Plainview, Minnesota.

Funeral services were held for Sylvin Glassel at First Lutheran Church. St. Ansgar. Monday afternoon with the Rev. Olaf Langehough officiating.

Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery, Plainview, Minnesota.
