RICEVILLE MAN FOUND INSANE

Osage – May 21 -- Brice Seavy of Riceville was adjudged insane by the board of examiners and committed to the hospital at Independence.

DIES AT INDEPENDENCE

Osage, June 3. – Word was received here Monday of the death of Brice Seavy at the hospital at Independence where he was committed for treatment the past month.

Brice Seavy was born July 6, 1877 in Illinois, the son of Rufus Seavy and Irene (Reynolds) Seavy. He married Mary Svoboda, the daughter of Michael Svoboda and Katherine (Mashek )Svoboda

He was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Riceville, Mitchell, Iowa
