Ray Kramer

Ray Kramer, 74, a retired farmer died at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 23. Funeral services for Kramer were held Friday, October 26 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage with Reverend Leon Connally and Reverend Carl Mantanach officiating. Burial was in Visitation Cemetery at Stacyville.

Ray Kramer was born December 8, 1909 at Meyer the son of Fred and Margaret Woerdehoff Kramer.

He was united in marriage to Armella Blaser on January 31, 1939. The couple farmed west of Stacyville for over 30 years, retiring to Osage in 1976.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his wife Armella and one brother Rueben of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Lawrence and three sisters, Agnes Adams, Ida Meyerhofer and Laura Puettman.
