MRS. THEOBALD RITES SATURDAY
STACYVILLE WOMAN DIES AT HOME OF DAUGHTER IN ILLINOIS.

Stacyville – Mrs. Jake Theobald, 71, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Amanda Freund, at McHenry, Ill., Wednesday morning.

She is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Nick Winkels at McIntire; and Mrs. Freund at McHenry, Ill.; one son, Father John Theobald at Dubuque; and nine grandchildren.

Her husband died eight years ago. Her three brothers; Peter A. Adams of Stacyville; Math Adams of Meyer; and Martin Adams of Austin also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at Sacred Heart Church at Meyer with the Rev. Father Goetzinger in charge.

Margaret Adams was born June 10, 1869 in McHenry County, Illinois, the daughter of Nicholas Adams and Anna Marie (Steffens) Adams. She married Jacob Theobald, the son of John Theobald and Anna Mary (Guelich) Theobald.
