WERNER FISCHER RITES MONDAY AT LEROY MINN.

McIntire – Funeral rites were Monday at the Martz Funeral Home, LeRoy, Minn., for Werner Fischer, 50. He died at the Iowa State Mental Hospital late Friday.
Burial was in the Wayne Cemetery. He was engaged in the restaurant business at McIntire.

Surviving are his wife, Esther, two sons, Darrell and Duaine, and a daughter, Luella, all of McIntire; four brothers, Roy, Austin, Minn.; Lawrence, St. Ansgar; Frederick, Carpenter; and Norman, Milwaukee, Wis.

The obit has his first name as Werner, but it looks like the same person listed in the Census’s as Warren Fischer, same age, son of Fred Fischer and Dora Baldner Fischer. The brothers listed in this obit are the same as the boys in the Census Records. Maybe this was a middle name or something
