I. C. WHEELER RITES THURSDAY AT MCINTIRE
McIntire – Irvin C. Wheeler, 84, McIntire, died Sunday at the Riceville City Hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the McIntire Methodist Church. The Rev. William Horseman will officiate. Burial will be in Wayne Cemetery with Martz Funeral Home, Leroy, Minn, in charge.
Friends may call at the funeral home from Tuesday at 4 p.m. to Thursday noon and at the church until the time of the service.
Born October 30, 1877, in Wayne Township of Mitchell County, he had farmed all his life. He was married May 24, 1947 to Mildred Stevens.
Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Lois) Kellogg, McIntire; Mrs. Kermit (Olive) Trettin, Grafton; two sons, Clyde and Warren, Riceville; a sister, Mrs. Victor Clarke, Ashland, N. H.; eight grandchildren and a great grandchild.
