MARTHA KNAAK

ST. ANSGAR - Martha Knaak, 101, died Friday (Jan. 26, 2001) at her residence in St. Ansgar.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Ansgar, with the Rev. Edward Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, St. Ansgar.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church Tuesday. Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, is in charge of arrangements

Martha Ahlf was born in Mitchell Co., Iowa on March 20, 1899, the daughter of Edward Ahlf and Louise (Treichel) Ahlf. She married Ferdinand R Knaak, the son of Gustave and Gena (Flatness) Knaak.
