Mildred Lack

ORCHARD, IOWA — Mildred Lack, 78, died Friday, February 12, 1999, at North Iowa Mercy Health Center, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Osage, with the Rev. Philip Recker officiating. Interment will be in the Orchard Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 2:30 p.m. today at the Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with a rosary at 3 p.m. and a scripture service at 7:30 p.m.

Mildred Lack was born on September 30, 1920, in Stacyville.

Survivors include her husband, Harold D. Lack of Orchard; a daughter, Margaret M. Lack of Hood, Va.; two sons, James J. Lack of Orchard and Gary D. Lack of Nora Springs; a sister, Irma Bush of Stacyville; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
