ST. ANSGAR, IOWA — Burial will be in the City cemetery here Friday afternoon for a former resident, Mrs. Bertha Rowland, 77, who died at Austin, Tuesday, following major surgery a few days ago.

A former St. Ansgar resident, she has resided in Austin for the past year and a half to be near members of her family.

She is survived by five daughters.
