WILL CONDUCT RITES FOR SHOOTING VICTIM IN MC INTIRE SATURDAY

McIntire – Funeral services for Duane Vandewalker who was accidentally shot Wednesday, will be held in McIntire Saturday afternoon. Services will be held at the house at 1:30 p.m. and at the McIntire Baptist church at 2:30 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Bodenham of Riceville and burial will be made in the McIntire Cemetery one mile east of here.

Five classmates will act as pallbearers and five girls, also classmates, will sing at the funeral.
The body is at the Bradley and Lohher Funeral home in Riceville.
