Osage – Funeral rites will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church here for Frank Dorsey, 71, who died Saturday night in Joliet, Illinois. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

He leaves two brothers, John, Mason City; and W. J. Dorsey, Osage.

He lived west of Osage for many years, and had been engaged in livestock business both in Wilmington, Ill., and for many years in Chicago. His home was at Wilmington.

Preceding him were his wife, the former Clara Dodge, and two sisters; Mrs. Katherine Dorsey Kelley; and Mrs. Mary Dorsey Eagen.

He was born to Richard and Bridget Gavagan Dorsey, at Wilmington, Ill., on August 21, 1878. When he was eight years old he accompanied his parents to a farm west of Osage. He attended Nora Springs seminary.
