Frank Valashek 1887-1951

Osage – A former Osage resident, Frank Valashek, who died January 14th, was buried Tuesday at Columbus, Wis., where he had been a resident for many years. He had been ill for some time. He was born in Czechoslavakia and settled first in Chicago, then came to Mitchell County in 1914 and for a few years farmed west of Osage. He sold his farm shortly after World War I and went to Wisconsin.

A sister, Mrs. Thomas Chrencik, resides in Osage; also leaves wife and several children.

Frank Valashek age 29, living in Lehigh, born August 12, 1887 (can’t read well, looks like Znoria, Moravia, Austria) ; married and two children.
