Hilda (nee Larson) Friedlund 1858-1948

Osage – Mrs. John Friedlund, 89, long time Osage resident, died Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lee F. McGrane, with whom she had made her home for a number of years. She had been in failing health for some time, and had been bedfast the last few3 months.

Born December 12, 1858 in Molmo, Sweden; at age of 30 she came to America, and was married to John Friedlund, the couple establishing its home in Osage. Mr. Friedlund preceded his wife in death in 1936.

She leaves four daughters, Mrs. Esther Kellogg, Alexandria, Minn.; Mrs. Olga Twiss, Price, Utah; Mrs. Agnes Kemp, Los Angeles, Cal., and Mrs. Lorraine McGrane, Osage; one son, Arthur Friedlund, Glasgow, Mont.; five grandchildren; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Palmer, also preceded her mother in death in 1932.
