PIONEER WOMAN DIES AT OSAGE
MRS. A. J. LOVEJOY, 92, CAME TO MITCHELL COUNTY TO FARM IN 1880

Osage – Mrs. A. J. Lovejoy, 92, died here Saturday morning following a week’s illness.

Born April 1847, in Owosso, Michigan, Mrs. Lovejoy came to Mitchell County in January, 1880 to farm. Her husband died in 1927.

Surviving are three daughters; Mrs. Otto Bee of Los Angeles, Cal.; Mrs. Carl Stone of Bothel, Wash.; and Mrs. Carl Boughton of Montpelier, N. Dak.; and two sons, Ralph and Robert of Osage. Funeral plans have not been arranged.
