MRS. WADE TAYLOR OF RICEVILLE SUCCUMBS

Riceville – Ms. Hattie Taylor, wife of Wade Taylor, died Friday at her home west of Riceville.

Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of an early Jenkins township family, the Charles Hinchcliffes, and had spent her life in this neighborhood

She leaves, besides her husband, two sisters, Mrs. Elmer Mosher and Mrs. Forrest Crossman, both of Riceville. She was about 50 years of age.

Hattie Hinchcliffe was born May 1884 in Mitchell County, Iowa (1900 Census) the daughter of Charles Hinchcliffe and Emma Markham Hinchcliffe. She married Wade Benjamin Taylor, the son of Joseph Taylor and Viola (Judd) Taylor.
