ST. ANSGAR, IOWA - Edward George Rush, 78, of St. Ansgar, died Friday (Feb.27, 2009) at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, with the Rev. Gary Gonnerman officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home of St. Ansgar is in charge of arrangements, 641-713-4920.

Edward George Rush was born November 1, 1930 and died February 27, 2009. He was the son of Edward Leo Rush and Edna (Danner) Rush. He married Bonnie Lee Mueller, the daughter of Richard Carl Mueller and Velma (Wilkinson) Mueller.

His wife was buried in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, St. Ansgar.
