Little Cedar – Funeral rites will be at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church in Little Cedar for Price Williams, 76, who died Sunday afternoon of acute coronary thrombosis at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Knapp, Little Cedar. He had been ill since December. Burial was in Osage cemetery, body at Champion funeral home in Osage.He was born near Richmond, Ky., January 10, 1874. He married Addie Turpin and the couple lived on a farm near Richmond, then in Illinois, coming to Mitchell County, north of Osage, in 1923. They purchased a farm near McIntire two years ago. His wife preceded him in death last July.
He leaves three children; Mrs. Merle Lockie and Claude, McIntire; Mrs. Kenneth Knapp, Little Cedar; three grandchildren, a brother; Willis, Waco, Ky. Preceding him were an infant son, his wife, two sisters and one brother.
