Denver Osmonson Funeral
Monday at Otranto Church

Funeral services for Denver Osmonson, 59, who died last Thursday near his home east of Otranto, were held at the Otranto community church Monday. Mr. Osmonson apparently died of gunshot wounds that were self-inflicted, according to Dr. G. E. Krepkla, Mitchell county medical examiner. Reason for the act was unknown.

The Rev. Eugene Schmidt, pastor of the church, was in charge of the services. Burial was in Woodbury cemetery near Lyle.*

Denver William Osmonson was born Jan. 23, 1905, at Northwood, the son of Isaac and Lorenca Osmonson. His marriage to Irma Pope took place Nov. 14, 1936. They lived in the rural Otranto and Lyle areas.

Mr Osmonson was a member (Rest is missing).
