STACYVILLE WOMAN, 87, DIES; SERVICES HELD

Stacyville – Elizabeth Blake, 87, died Saturday night after a stroke. She was a resident here for 30 years.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock at St. Mary’s church here and burial was in Catholic cemetery.

Elizabeth (nee Hans) Blake was born May 27, 1852 and died April 13, 1940. She was the 2nd wife of Philip Blake 1839-1921.
