Riceville – Mrs. Floyd Noble, 60, died suddenly, Sunday at the home of her son, Leonard Noble, at Louisville, Ky., where she had been visiting for some time. Shortly after her arrival she was stricken with embolism and was treated at a hospital at Louisville for about three weeks. She was apparently recovered and had returned to her son’s home when she died almost without warning.

She was the former Martha Mosher, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Mosher. Mrs. Noble spent most of her life in Riceville.

She leaves her husband; children, Vivian Noble, teacher at Ringstead, Merrill Noble, Waterloo; Leonard Noble, Louisville, Ky; Kenneth Noble, Yakima, Wash.; Mrs. Leone Russell, Riceville; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Asfahl; Mrs. Louis Asfahl; an Mrs. Roe Rogers, all of Riceville; one brother, George Mosher, St. Louis, Mo.

The body will arrive in Riceville Tuesday; will be at the Loper Funeral Home.
