STACYVILLE, IOWA — Mathilda G. Salz, 90, of Stacyville, died Sunday (Dec. 13, 1998) at the Stacyville Community Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Visitation Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joseph Schneider officiating. Burial will be in the Vistation Catholic Church Cemetery.

Visitation will begin with a 3 p.m. rosary today at the Visitation Parish Hall in Stacyville and will include a 7 p.m. Scripture wake service.

Champion Funeral Home, 702 State St., Osage, is in charge of arrangements.

Mathilda G. Salz was born Sept. 6, 1908, near Little Cedar.

Survivors include many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, eight sisters and three brothers.
